In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to craft one of PRESS’ most beloved signature dishes: the delicate ricotta gnudi. Chef Tessier will guide you through each step of the process, from mixing and shaping the perfect pillows of pasta to plating them with seasonal accompaniments that highlight their elegant simplicity.
Along the way, you’ll hear stories from the PRESS kitchen, gain professional tips on working with fresh cheese and dough, and discover what makes gnudi a timeless staple on our menu.
